Pioneer’s forged, machined, hand-polished and hand-fitted Body is embraced by a handcrafted and hand-cherished stock and fore-end, the Soul.

The Body

All parts except front sight and springs are made out of 4140 steel alloy. Frame, mono-block, box locks and locking mechanism parts are made from forgings or solid steel.

Dual lug locking mechanism with Greener’s cross-bolt and coil springs increases the Pioneer’s strength and longevity.

Manual tang safety, large trigger guard, wide triggers and hammerspurs, and top lever positioned to the left allow you to save those precious seconds on a stage.

Borderless, hand-cut knurling on hammerspurs and top lever gives a perfect grip and adds a rustic but beautiful touch to the receiver.

Additionally, the automatic sear’s safety mechanism prevents accidental firing when the action is not fully closed. It ensures your safety, yet is not noticeable during shooting, so it will not slow you down at the range.

Body parts are deep blue finished, barrels are rust-blued.

		The Soul

		It takes some time until Soul unites with Body bringing it to life. First the blanks are carefully chosen from select quarter-sawn pieces. Then they undergo special treatment to ensure stress relief and proper dryness.

		Stock and fore-end are cut and processed from the same blank, so when they finally meet with the Body, perfect grain match and harmony are achieved. Hand-rubbed oil and hand-cut borderless checkering gives the final touch.

All parts are custom made and crafted in house.
